Mr. Kimitoshi Kato
Director of Health, Safety and Security , LEGOLAND Japan LLC
As the Director of HSS (Health, Safety & Security) at LEGOLAND Japan LLC, I’m dedicated to creating an environment where everyone staying at LEGOLAND JAPAN Resort—including guests, employees, and partner companies—can enjoy themselves safely and securely. Although I have about four years of experience in the entertainment industry, I have spent over 30 years at a high-purity chemical manufacturer, responsible for production management, procurement, safety management, and system management, focusing on building, maintaining, and improving the company's platform. I have come to realize once again that many aspects of my previous experience can be applied to my current role. Additionally, as a member of the Merlin Entertainment Group, LEGOLAND Japan is able to share the know-how and best practices we have cultivated over many years, which is valuable in carrying out our operations.
Mr. Aaron Philpott
