To register for seminars and events, please select your desired sessions and click the "Proceed to Seminar & Event Registration" button at the bottom of the page.
You will be directed to the confirmation page, where you can click the "Submit Application" button to complete your registration.
Once registered, you can view your bookings under "My Registered Seminars & Events" in your My Page.

Seminar Registration

Cancellations are generally not accepted once your registration is complete.
Even if a free seminar is fully booked in advance, you may still join if seats become available on the day. If you wish to attend, please report directly to the venue reception before the start of the seminar.
If you would like to send a substitute attendee, please inform the seminar venue staff on the day of the event with both the original applicant's and the substitute's names.

Attending the Seminar

Please arrive at the venue at least 5 minutes before the seminar starts.
Your visitor badge will be scanned at the reception before you enter the room.

Please note that even if you have pre-registered for the free seminar, your seat may be assigned to another participant if you arrive after the scheduled start time.

Seminar Guidelines & Precautions

Audio recording, video recording, photography, and unauthorized reproduction of materials during the seminar are strictly prohibited.
Attendees displaying disruptive behavior toward others may be asked to leave the venue.
Seminar schedules and content are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
All seminars and events require attendees to leave the room between sessions.
